The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) as part of a recent review identified a need for a Bank wide Project Management methodology to improve the planning and delivery of projects by the RBA together with the overarching governance framework.
Endstate worked with the RBA and its various departments to understand their needs and issues and then examine the viability of adopting a methodology based on the PRINCE 2 framework.
