Sydney Conservatorium of Music (The ‘Con’)

Located adjacent to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Con is the oldest and prestigious music school in Australia. Between 1997 and 2001, the building underwent major upgrade.
Endstate worked with Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority as the project completion manager to work collaboratively with the then Department of Public Works and other stakeholders in the resolution of the defects and handover issues, while facility remained fully operational. Endstate also assisted in setting up the long-term asset management strategy for the building
