Backed by our successful track record with managing projects and programs in fully operational settings, Endstate successfully delivered the following projects at SCEC since 2002:
- As program manager/project director for the Global Interior Design program, we facilitated the overall design and prioritised delivery around funding cycles and operational constraints (2003-06).
- As a member of the NSW Government Taskforce that explored capital investment to maintain SCEC as a leading international venue pending an expansion of the facilities. Endstate provided strategic project management advice and co-ordinated the Taskforce Report.
- As program manager/ project director for the SCEC Taskforce work program, we facilitated the overall design and prioritised delivery of the program, balancing market needs, budgetary constraints and a challenging events program (2006-2009)
